This Layout looks best in 1024x768, but can be viewed in 800x600 too. It is very pastel, and reminds me of the tropics. ;D The girl on the layout is Ayumi Hamasaki, and the image was made into a psd by myself. It was coded in notepad, and sliced/created in psp7, and of course, my brain.
